Repair Program
We repair the exterior of homes only and are unable to do repairs on mobile homes. We do not work on roofs or any area above one story. Our repair program is meant to help elderly, disabled, and low-income people and families safely get into and out of their homes. This includes installing and repairing ramps and steps for ingress and egress. Other items will be considered based on the situation.

Program Requirements

You must own and occupy a home as your primary residence. We are unable to consider repairs for mobile homes.

You must live within our designated service area of Lee County.

You must meet household income guidelines -- no more than 80% of the Area Median Income for your household size.

You must be current on your property taxes and homeowners insurance.

You must be unable to afford the necessary repairs and unable to complete them otherwise due to age, disability, or circumstance.

Documentation of household income must be provided such as Social Security, Disability, or paystubs.
To be considered for our repair program, please complete the online application. Once application is received, an onsite assessment will be conducted to determine if the request is within repair program guidelines.
Income verification documentation is required following onsite inspection.
