Together, we support independence and aging in place.

Building Homes

Our Repair Program focuses on exterior home repairs, supporting individuals and families, including our elderly and disabled neighbors, to safely access and exit their homes and live independently. This includes vital work like installing and repairing ramps and steps for safe entry and exit. Other repair needs will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Program Requirements:

  • You must own and occupy a home as your primary residence.

  • You must live within our designated service area of Lee County.

  • You must meet household income guidelines no more than 80% of the Area Median Income for your household size.

  • You must be current on your property taxes and homeowners' insurance.

  • You must be unable to afford the necessary repairs and unable to complete them otherwise due to age, disability, or circumstance.

  • Documentation of household income must be provided, such as Social Security, Disability, or pay stubs.

Application Process: To be considered for our repair program, please complete the online application. Once the application is received, an on-site assessment will be conducted to determine if the request is within the repair program guidelines. Income verification documentation is required following an on-site inspection.
